Kit Kat Meets The Ward's

I would say that during a free weekend.....however I guess its not really a free weekend if you head out of town, however a couple weekends ago Daniel and myself decided to get up Saturday morning and drive to Charlotte to meet Kit Kat - which we decided we would nickname Zeb and Jenn's little girl :) Her real name is Katherine! She's such a cutie, with so many people we know having little boys, it was soooooooooooo much fun playing with a little girl and picking out an outfit! She's a very happy little girl for the majority of the time, unless:

A). She's Hungry

B). She has a dirty diaper

C). She wants to see whats going on

Here are a few pictures from our Saturday visiting the Cambell's

Prayers Needed.....

Raynormania - Facebook group dedicated to Chris
Theres no doubt that most of you that read this have heard about the tragic events that took place over this past weekend. Karen was to be married to Chris at 11am on Saturday, September 12th. By reasons unknown to any of us Chris was taken from the world just hours before their wedding from injuries he sustained during a car accident. He was on his way to breakfast with 2 other groomman at the time of the accident. I can not comprehend, just like I know his family and Karen can not comprehend, how such a wonderful day could turn into a tragic day. Its because of Karen and her strength that I understand its God's plan and he and Chris are giving the families strength, especially Karen. Her words of wisdom are amazing during such a difficult time and I praise her for her courage.
Daniel and I are so happy that we were able to get to know Chris and Chris and Karen as a couple this last year. He will forever be remembered at WCU Homecomings for years to come and beach trips with friends. I'm so thankful that a week before their wedding I was able to be with Chris and Karen. I will never forget how excited he was to get married, you could read it all over his face.
I want to thank both Chris and Karen for reminding me not to sweat the small stuff and to not take life for granted. Seize the day, and to find the good in everything. We are here for a short time, some shorter than others. Although I am sad, I'm also happy that I was a part of his life and know that Karen and the lives she's touched (some she knows and some she doesn't) will forever be changed for the good.
Please pray for the Raynor's, The Taylor's, Friends, and Family and especially, Karen.
We will miss you Chris!
